So, after your showers make sure you thoroughly dry your feet and use only cotton socks because--unlike synthetic materials--cotton absorbs the sweat that we normally produce during the day and does not leave your feet moist and susceptible to further infection. Buy a pint of white vinegar at the supermarket and put it on your toes twice a day and after each time you swim or shower. Make sure the vinegar touches the cuticle of your nail (that is where your skin meets your nail). I cured my toenail fungus this way years ago. I used a Q-Tip to apply it but you can also use an eye dropper. After a few weeks of doing this, you will see healthy nail growing in below the infected nail.
