My employer doesn’t care at all about workers.I’m working there for 1.5 year but I’m thinking about leaving for the last 5 months.The problem is that I got nail fungus because the stuff we carry in the company is dirty and is easy to get any infection.When i’d asked to get some gloves my manager told me off.There are more bad things that happened like losing lunch time (most of them) and not getting overtime for that, racist comments (been called white ****) and no health and safety training.In general treatment has been very bad.The wages are very low and managers expect us to do the job of two people with no time.Even to see a doctor I had to take days off from my holidays.I don’t want to fight so much but I have been forced to write this letter and if I have to go to the court i’ll do so.I know that is capitalism and employers try to use employers as much as possible but we have some rights too.Please help me!To whom should I talk and what to do about?

If a toe nail is totally broken off, because of fungus can it still grow back? It looks horrible, becaus all that grows back is little white pieces, that eventually grow a nail but the nail breaks off because its not attached strongly to the skin. According to the doctor “I can live without my toe nail” but I CAN’T!!! He also said there are some medicine I can take, but they are usually not reimbursed bij the insurance. Plus they are very expensive. Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of it?
